Scotfest

Event Dates: September 13 – 15, 2024

Road Closure: 12 pm Thursday, September 12 – 6:30 pm Sunday, September 15

Event Organizers are requesting closure of Main Street just south of East Mason Drive to north of the south Central Park Community Center entrance with jersey barriers. Please leave an opening in the center. Then close S Ash Place within Central Park and the business entrances on Main Street. Jersey barriers and barricades will be placed at 12 p.m. on Thursday and will be removed at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Please include detour, road closed ahead, Fire Department Only and no parking signs. Please use signs with lights.

Chalk it Up/Rose Festival

Event organizers are requesting closure of Main Street from Ft. Worth to the crosswalk between Broadway and Commercial, from alley to alley on Dallas, to the AVB drive through on El Paso, at Main Street on Commercial and East El Paso according to the attached site plan. Roads will be closed beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 27 through 8 p.m. on Sept. 28.Police vehicles will be used at the north and south entrance of Main. Dump trucks can be used on the side streets. El Paso cannot be closed passed the back of the museum.

Broken Arrow Homecoming Parade

Event Date: Thursday, October 3, 2024

Road Closure: 3 pm – about 6 pm on October 3

Event organizers are requesting closure of Main Street from the north side of Elgin Street to the north side of West Indianola Street, including from Ash Avenue to 2nd Street on Elgin, Detroit and College. The parade will end at the BAPAC. Roads will be closed at 3 p.m. and can open as the parade goes by (about 6 p.m.). Please leave driveway for The Brio open. Street sweeps will be needed after the parade.
